Reception to follow after the concert. We are asking for families to bring 12 of some sort of refreshment (cookies, cupcakes, muffins, etc.). If you have multiple children in band, we ask that you only bring ONE thing for your family to share. These refreshments should be dropped off in the cafeteria when you arrive for the concert that evening.

We will need some parent volunteers from 4:00pm-5:30pm, and some parents to help us clean up when we finish. SIGN UP HERE!
-Symphonic Band tuba players must bring their home instrument Wednesday morning.
-Honors Band & Symphonic Band horn players must bring their home instrument Wednesday morning.
-Beginning Band Horn, Euphonium, and Tuba players will use their school instrument.
-Guests should enter the building through the doors near the cafeteria.
-PE waiver students should talk w/their band director to discuss the plan for the day.
(These students should have already talked with us and should know what to do... ;) )
-Students w/ a conflict should talk w/ their band director ASAP if they have not done so already.
-Park in the lot nearest the football fields. If that lot is full, please don’t park on the grass or block lanes of traffic.
